I am Kata Laczko, an IT and general manager with 15+ years’ experience from multinational and local SME’s in services and manufacturing industries, a developer of organisations, a talented problem solver and service designer, a challenge addict.
I do not like just talking. I like solutions. I am the kind of business leader that when you call me about your dilemma, I am going to push it until we really solve it. My leadership background enables us to work together on a wide range of topics, such as service improvement, process improvement and automation, financial analysis of projects, business cases, organisational development and change management.
